The Stylish New Lincoln MKT Puts the "M" in Amazing!
The 2010 Lincoln MKT is a 7-passenger luxury crossover SUV that shares a platform with the Ford Flex but exhibits a unique group of interior and exterior features. The new MKT has impressed drivers and critics alike with its great handling, very quiet ride, and long list of standard features that includes things like driver memory settings, premium leather seating surfaces, and a reverse camera system. The trims styles include an AWD and FWD version with 3.7L, 268 hp engines. The third trim style comes with AWD and a 3.5L Twin Turbo EcoBoost engine that delivers 355 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque all while achieving 22 mpg highway. All of the trims have the same transmission; 6-speed SelectShift automatic with paddle activation.
The mechanical standard equipment for the MKT includes a 200 amp alternator, a battery saver, a 4-wheel ventilated disc anti-lock braking system, and rack and pinion steering.
Stylish exterior features include bright beltline and lower bodyside accent strip moldings, scuff plates backlit with Lincoln script, a Lincoln split wing grille, and a rear black spoiler.
