The 2010 Ford E-Series Van is a tough, highly capable full-size van that offers plenty of power, great towing capability, and ample cargo space.

There are multiple trim options available with the 2010 E-Series Van, all complete with unique features so that you can get the van that caters to your specific needs. The Ford E-150 Van base model is powered by a 4-speed automatic transmission and a 4.6L V8 engine that is capable of delivering 225 horsepower and 286 pounds-feet of torque. These important pieces of equipment may contribute to its performance the most, but other features have a supporting role, such as a 120 amps gas/110 amps diesel alternator, heavy-duty shock absorbers, and an auxiliary oil cooler.
